• Professional obligations and expectations

Such agreements will be provided separately and form part of the contractual relationship between represented models and the agency.

Commission and Fees

Dubai Models Agency earns revenue through commissions on bookings secured for represented models. Commission rates and payment terms are specified in individual representation agreements. We may also charge fees for specific services such as portfolio development, professional photography, or marketing materials.

7. Booking and Assignment Terms

Job Acceptance

Models are generally expected to accept suitable bookings arranged by the agency. Repeated refusal of appropriate assignments may result in termination of representation.

Professionalism

Models must conduct themselves professionally at all bookings and industry events, including:

• Arriving punctually and prepared
• Following client and creative team directions
• Maintaining appropriate appearance and condition
• Respecting confidentiality of unpublished work
• Communicating promptly regarding scheduling or issues

Cancellations

Cancellation policies vary by booking. Models who cancel confirmed bookings without valid reason may be liable for damages and may face termination of representation.

8. Payment Terms

Payment terms for services vary depending on the nature of the engagement:

• Commission on bookings is deducted before payment to models
• Payments are typically processed within 30-60 days of invoice receipt from clients
• Models are responsible for their own tax obligations
• Disputes regarding payment must be raised within 30 days
• We reserve the right to withhold payment for breach of contract

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our Services, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

12. Termination
